Jen Stanitski serves as MFA’s Manager, Government Affairs. She supports the development and implementation of MFA’s policy initiatives and advocacy strategy and manages the day-to-day operations of MFA’s political action committee (PAC).
She was previously on the government affairs team at Iron Mountain, where she supported the company’s political engagement strategy and advocated for the company’s interests with policymakers and external stakeholders. Prior to this role, she worked at the law firm, O’Hagan Meyer.
Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, majoring in American Government and minoring in Philosophy, from the University of Virginia.
