Caitlin Grogan is MFA’s Senior Coordinator, Membership Services. In this role, she will provide support for MFA’s membership activities, monitoring and improving current member engagement, and executing processes related to member events, prospecting, member organization and market news.
Prior to joining MFA, Caitlin worked for Iona University as Manager of the Provost Office, where she held a multifaceted role including executing office strategic initiatives, coordinating annual projects, and managing campus budgets. She also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry where she planned and executed large and small scale events.
Caitlin graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Marketing Management
